Refund policy

If you’d like to return an item for a refund, please get in touch stating your name, order number and the reason for return. Returns must be made within a 30 day period starting from when the order was received and the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn/unused and in the original packaging. The shipping cost of returning unwanted goods is not covered by us.

Although we are unable to accept returns for coffee, if you’re unhappy with your purchase please let us know and we’ll try to help you the best way possible.
