How would we recommend brewing this coffee?
This coffee shines wonderfully through filter!
When using this coffee for filter - start with a ratio of roughly 1:15.5 -1:16 (We usually brew this coffee @ 16:250g)
Brew it normally as you would on filter, it's well easy. lovely and light.
For 'spro, We would highly recommend pulling this shot out longer than you normally would, as it is washed, it can be quite dense and sometimes harder to extract. But by updosing + pulling the shot out longer - you can get some great texture whilst keeping the super clean property of a washed gesha.
Look for roughly 19g in : 45g - 50g out in 15-20s
