How would we recommend brewing this coffee?
This coffee shines wonderfully through all brew methods but it personally works best through 'spro methods.
For 'spro, We would highly recommend pulling this shot almost identically to the Kapow Blend. Think 1:2 ratio (17g : 34g) in around 20-30s. However - Don't be afraid to pull this shot out longer or even quicker for that matter. You can get some lovely results with a bigger ratio.
This coffee will also work really well with immersion brew methods like Hario Switch, Clever Drip or cafetiere
When using this coffee for filter - start with a ratio of roughly 1:15- 1:16 (We usually brew this coffee @ 15:250g.
