How would we recommend brewing this coffee?
This coffee shines wonderfully through filter coffee - however it would also work well for a bright, clean & acidic 'spro.
When using this coffee for filter - start with a ratio of roughly 1:15.5 -1:16 - In the shop we brew this at 15g:250g. This is a classic Washed Colombia, it's not super light but due to the washed process it takes a little more work to get this coffee to shine perfectly.
This can be easily done by adjusting to a slightly finer grind or increasing agitation in the brew. Add a few swirls or more pours if this is the case.
For 'spro - this coffee can be quite difficult to get great results - however, nowhere near impossible. Start with a slightly longer ratio of somewhere between 1:2.5 to 1:3 (17g : 40g to 50g)
