You literally cannot go wrong - brew it the same way you would with any other coffee and we can guarantee great results. This decaf really hammers down on the classic coffee profile everyone is familiar with - but without the dreaded 'decaf' taste!
When using this coffee for filter - start with a ratio of roughly 1:16 (We usually brew this coffee @ 15:250g)
For 'spro, We would highly recommend pulling this shot to a pretty short ratio. Think 1:1.5-1.8 ratio (19g in : 34g out) in roughly 15 - 25s. Don't be afraid of this coffee if it runs really quickly (unless it tastes bad) Due to the decaf process, this coffee is really soluble which causes water to flow really quickly.
