How would we recommend brewing this coffee?
This coffee shines wonderfully through every type of brewing method!
For filter methods, you literally cannot go wrong - brew it the same way you would with any other coffee and we can guarantee great results. This blend really hammers down on the classic coffee profile everyone is familiar with - but with the added fun you'd all expect from us. The Natural Ethiopia brings in a lovely acidity and brightness that stands out fantastically across all methods.
When using this coffee for filter - start with a ratio of roughly 1:16 (We usually brew this coffee @ 15:250g)
For 'spro, We would highly recommend pulling this shot pretty regularly. Think 1:2 ratio (17g in : 34g out) in roughly 20-30s. However - don't be afraid to turbo shot this coffee, it really makes the acidity spring!
