Where do we start? Fresh crop washed Ethiopia, what else is there to love?? Expect a super classic Ethiopian profile with wonderfully sweet white florals, some slight juiciness & refreshing Kumquat acidity - all finished with a lovely white tea finish

How would we recommend brewing this coffee?
Filter. Do it on Filter. Please. It's amazing.
We love washed Ethiopians and this truly shines through filter methods. As this coffee is quite dense and lightly roasted; grinding a tad finer and/or using hotter water will make it a little easier to get the most out of this coffee. We recommend a start point of 15g in : 260g out @ 96c.
Please please try this coffee on espresso and let us know how you get along with it. Granted, you know us, we'll put anything on spro so we'll get round to it eventually. But as a starting point we'd recommend pulling some more water through just to help with extraction. Say 17g in : 40g out in about 20s ish. Don't be afraid to go for longer shots with this coffee.
